Key Responsibilities:
Lead swim lessons and supervise students in the water
Mentor swim instructors, providing feedback and support




Monitor program quality and ensure safety at all times
Respond to emergencies and administer first aid when needed
Keep communication open with the Swim Management Team

Requirements:
Current Lifesaving Society Swim Instructor Certification
National Lifeguard – Pool Certification required
First Aid and CPR-C Certification must be current
Prior experience in aquatics preferred
Available for evenings and weekends
