CMHA Peel Dufferin is seeking a Community Health Ambassador- Relief to deliver culturally sensitive outreach, education, and referrals to mental health and addiction services in Mississauga and the Peel region. The role is contracted for 12 months and in office/community based.
You will build relationships, facilitate group sessions, navigate services, and promote stigma-free care while meeting eligibility and reporting requirements.
