GDI Services (Canada) LP is seeking a dedicated Heavy Duty Cleaner for full time work from 9:00 PM to 5:30 AM, Monday through Friday. This position requires experience in cleaning hard floors, carpets, and washrooms while maintaining common areas and offices.

The ideal candidate should have attention to detail, demonstrate energy and endurance, and work well with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
Sweep, mop, and wash various surfaces inside buildings
Clean bathrooms and restock supplies daily
Collect and dispose of garbage in designated areas




Monitor and report maintenance issues to supervisors
Assist with high dusting and wall washing as needed

Requirements:
Ability to follow directions with minimal supervision
Proficient with cleaning tools and equipment
Must possess own transportation
Detail-oriented with a focus on service excellence
Capable of lifting up to 50lbs and handling heavy-duty tasks
