Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for an OverIT FSM Techno-Functional Consultant to lead the configuration, implementation, and support of the OverIT Next-Gen Field Service Management (FSM) platform for clients in utilities, , energy, , and oil & gas industries. This role bridges business requirements and technical execution — translating customer field-operations needs into scalable, configured solutions on the OverIT platform.

Must-Have Skills

- 3–7+ years of experience in Field Service Management (FSM) implementation or consulting; hands‑on OverIT platform experience strongly preferred.
- Solid understanding of FSM domain concepts: work order management, scheduling/dispatch optimization, mobile workforce management, and linear asset industries (utilities, telecom, energy).
- Experience with system integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware) connecting FSM to CRM/ERP/GIS/IoT systems.




- Working knowledge of GIS concepts and tools (ESRI/ArcGIS integration is a plus).
- Familiarity with mobile app configuration and offline‑first application design.
- Solid analytical and requirement‑gathering skills; ability to translate business needs into system configuration.
- SQL and basic scripting/data‑handling skills for configuration, migration, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent client‑facing communication skills; ability to run workshops and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Prior experience in utilities, telecom, transportation, or oil & gas sectors is a plus.
