Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients and explain specimen preparation processes
Perform phlebotomy and process ECG readings effectively
Handle documentation for special collections,



including drug testing
Respond to client inquiries and follow up as necessary
Prepare specimens correctly for lab transportation

Requirements:
Graduate of approved Laboratory Assistant program is preferred
Experience in phlebotomy and ECG is a plus
Solid computer skills with at least 40 wpm typing speed
Excellent patient service abilities under stress
