Scarborough Transit Connect (STC) is seeking a Continuous Improvement Coordinator to promote lean thinking and lead initiatives with project teams across the SSE-SRS package. You will drive problem solving and process improvements, support Last Planner System, and develop CI resources and training materials.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering, 3–5 years of preconstruction/construction experience, and lean design knowledge.
