ISM is seeking a skilled IAM Specialist to join their team remotely within Saskatchewan. Your focus will be on administering security within IBM z/OS environments, specifically using RACF or Broadcom Top Secret. You will be managing the user-access lifecycle, ensuring compliance, and performing access reviews.

Key Responsibilities:
Provision and manage user accounts within mainframe settings
Administer user roles, permissions, and security profiles
Perform user-access lifecycle management and onboarding processes




Support security audits and compliance related to mainframe access
Investigate and resolve access-related authorization issues

Requirements:
Hands-on experience with RACF and/or Broadcom Top Secret
Extensive experience in IBM z/OS mainframe environments
Familiarity with identity and user-access lifecycle processes
Robust understanding of access controls and authentication
Experience with ITSM platforms, preferably Service Now
