Job Title: Shipper/Receiver

Job Type: Full time- Temporary to Permanent

Location: Sussex, NB
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:30am-5:30pm, weekends as needed

Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Shipper/Receiver to join our client's warehouse team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in shipping and receiving, material handling, and forklift operation, with a robust focus on safety, accuracy, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments
Prepare and process outgoing shipments
Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
Operate walkie and counterbalance forklifts
Move, stage, and organize materials throughout the warehouse
Complete inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records




Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing materials
Ensure products are properly labelled, stored, and prepared for shipment
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all workplace health and safety procedures

Qualifications
Previous experience in a Shipper/Receiver, Material Handler, or Warehouse role
Valid forklift certification/license
Experience operating walkie and counterbalance forklifts
Experience with loading and unloading shipments
Solid attention to detail and inventory accuracy
Ability to safely lift and move materials
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Previous shipping and receiving experience is an asset
