Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver nursing care per residents’ plans and physician orders
• Ensure excellent nursing practices and personal care are delivered

• Oversee resident care with regular updates for families
• Supervise Personal Support Workers on the unit

Requirements:
• Registered Practical Nurse in valuable standing with the Ontario College of Nurses
• Experience in Geriatrics or Rehabilitation is preferred
• Solid judgment and risk identification skills
• Ability to foster a positive work workplace
• Clear Vulnerable Sector and Criminal Record Checks
