The City of St. Catharines invites skilled mural artists and artist-led teams to submit Expressions of Interest for a 150th legacy mural. The selected project will transform a prominent exterior wall into a downtown landmark, inviting bold, contemporary interpretations that reflect the city’s history and future.
Applicants must reside in Ontario or have robust ties to St. Catharines. Shortlisted artists receive an honorarium and a project budget to cover fees, materials, and related costs.
