This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced production environment where teamwork, operational performance and strong floor presence are essential.Mission Your RoleReporting to the Operations Manager, you will oversee all production activities on the evening shift, covering 4 departments, more than 10 production lines and approximately 100 employees.Your responsibilities will include:Planning, organizing and overseeing daily production activities; Leading and supporting teams alongside 3 Production Supervisors and 8 to 10 Team Leaders; Ensuring production targets are met while maintaining quality, efficiency and operational discipline; Addressing production issues and making timely, practical decisions; Ensuring compliance with food manufacturing, quality, health and safety standards; Maintaining a respectful,
