CarePartners seeks a Nurse Specialized in Wound, Ostomy & Continence (NSWOC) to provide wound and ostomy consultation in clinic and community settings across the Waterloo-Wellington region.
You will lead the interdisciplinary team, promote patient self-management, and apply evidence-based practices to improve outcomes with versatile schedule and supportive mentoring. This role requires NSWOC certification, RN registration in valuable standing, and travel within the region.
