We are looking for a reliable and self-motivated Production Associate to join our client's manufacturing team in Fort Erie. This is a hands-on position focused primarily on cleaning, inspecting, reworking, and preparing panels and doors returned from job sites so they are ready for the next rental or project. The successful candidate will be comfortable working independently, staying organized, and taking initiative to keep the shop and equipment ready for upcoming jobs.
Responsibilities
Clean and inspect panels, doors, and related equipment returned from job sites
Rework, repair, or replace damaged equipment as required
Stage cleaned panels and doors on carts and prepare them for upcoming jobs
Load and unload equipment and materials as needed
Organize and maintain the shop and warehouse
Stock and organize inventory and supplies
Prepare equipment and materials according to upcoming job requirements
Assist with work at other locations when required
Occasionally assist crews with loading/unloading and other job-site support
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work setting
Stay productive during slower periods by completing cleaning, organizing,
inventory, and preparation tasks
Qualifications
Previous experience in a warehouse, production, construction, general labour, or similar hands-on environment is an asset
Comfortable performing physical, hands-on work throughout the day
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Self-motivated and able to work independently with limited supervision
Reliable and dependable
Able to lift and move equipment and materials as required
Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting and adjusting to changing priorities
Schedule & Pay
Full time Monday–Friday schedule 7:00 AM–3:30 PM hours Starting wage of $21.50/hour Opportunity for a wage review after a few months based on performance Variety of hands-on work with opportunities to support different operations
