As a Community Engagement & Learning Facilitator, you will design and deliver effective training while navigating diverse group dynamics. Ideal candidates will excel in adult learning, workshop facilitation, and relationship-building within community organizations. This role directly supports the agency's mission of fostering trauma-informed care and forming lasting community partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate workshops for community members and professionals
• Maintain supportive, psychologically protected learning environments
• Support business development to enhance community outreach




• Design interactive curricula and training materials
• Represent agency values at community and qualified events

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience
• Minimum five years in adult education and group facilitation
• Solid trauma-informed and inclusive facilitation skills
• Excellent relationship-building and communication abilities
• Flexibility for evening or weekend work
