You will assist with basic research, help users navigate library resources, and maintain an inviting setting. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist students with navigation of library website and resources
• Provide support on library workstations and printer usage




• Refer complex inquiries to a librarian for further assistance
• Conduct tours for visiting students and community members
• Maintain general library cleanliness and assist during events
Requirements:
• Currently enrolled as a student at UNF
• Cumulative average of 70% or greater
• Customer service experience required
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
