Integrated Wound Care seeks a compassionate Nurse Practitioner for a part time wound care role. You will assess wounds, develop treatment plans, and work with a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes.
You will document thoroughly, educate patients and families, and monitor progress, adjusting care as needed. A current license and 1+ year wound care experience are required.
