About the RoleWe are looking for aRestaurant Leaderto lead our restaurant and leadership team to excellence. The Restaurant Leader is responsible for building a strong team, delivering an exceptional guest experience, growing the business, and ensuring the restaurant operates safely, efficiently, and profitably.This is apeople-first leadership rolefor someone who can develop leaders, create accountability, make sound business decisions, and build systems that allow the restaurant to perform at a high level.Key ResponsibilitiesLead & Develop PeopleLead, coach, and develop the restaurant leadership team.Set clear expectations and hold leaders accountable for results.Build a strong talent pipeline and identify future leaders.Support recruitment, training, performance management, and retention.Create a positive culture built on growth, ownership, integrity, and excellence.Deliver an Exceptional Guest ExperienceEnsure consistent hospitality, food quality, speed, accuracy, cleanliness, and food safety.Monitor guest feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.Lead effective guest recovery and address root causes of recurring concerns.Grow the BusinessDrive sales, transactions, customer loyalty, and overall restaurant growth.Support local marketing and community engagement initiatives.Identify opportunities to improve restaurant capacity and operational performance.Represent and strengthen the Chick‑fil‑A brand within the community.Manage the Business FinanciallyUnderstand restaurant financial performance and key business metrics.Manage labour, food, paper, waste, and other controllable costs.Make decisions that balance guest experience, team development,
and profitability.Partner with the Owner/Operator on business planning and strategic priorities.What Success Looks Like:A successful Restaurant Leader:Develops leaders who can confidently run their areas.Builds a strong, engaged, and capable team.Delivers consistently excellent guest experiences.Drives sustainable sales and business growth.Uses people, time, and financial resources responsibly.Builds systems and accountability so the restaurant can perform successfully without relying on one person for every decision.Key Performance AreasSuccess will be measured throughguest satisfaction, operational excellence, food safety, speed of service, labour performance, sales growth, retention, training, cost control, and overall restaurant performance.Required:5+ years of leadership experience, with demonstrated experience leading and developing teams.Experience leading teams of50+ employees .Strong communication, coaching, and decision‑making skills.Proven ability to hold leaders accountable and drive results.Strong business acumen and comfort working with financial and operational metrics.Ability to lead effectively in a fast‑paced environment.Alignment with Chick‑fil‑A's values ofIntegrity, Ownership, Foundational Excellence, and Genuine Hospitality .Preferred:Restaurant or hospitality leadership experience is strongly preferred.Experience leading a high‑volume restaurant or multi‑functional operation.Experience with labor management, budgeting, sales growth,
