Key Responsibilities:
• Complete snow and ice removal logs via Site Foto’s application
• Report maintenance issues to the Residential Portfolio Manager
• Execute assigned duties effectively
Requirements:
• Available on weekends and statutory holidays
• One year of general labor experience
• Technologically savvy and organized
• Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle
• Ability to work independently
