As a valued member of the Canlan Sports team, you will be responsible for enhancing the experiences of league participants by ensuring smooth communications between teams and facility management. Your expertise in hockey rules and customer service will be essential for this role, which offers an engaging environment within a rapidly growing sports complex setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collect league registration fees from teams and individuals
• Maintain knowledge of current Hockey Canada and USA Hockey rules
• Prepare schedules for timekeepers based on booking protocols




• Communicate vital updates through nightly Convenor Reports
• Ensure waivers are completed prior to player participation
Requirements:
• Solid knowledge of hockey rules and operations experience
• Excellent customer service background and communication skills
• Willingness to work adaptable schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
• Criminal Record Check may be required
