St. Michael's Hospital in Toronto is seeking a Human Services Counsellor for Withdrawal Management Services to support people who use drugs and/or alcohol who are seeking residential withdrawal management.
You will develop therapeutic relationships, complete intakes and transfers, maintain a therapeutic milieu, assess mental status, and coordinate community resources as part of an interprofessional team. 12-hour day/evening shifts rotate throughout the schedule.
