The Nurse Navigator is integral to the Screening Program for Breast Cancer at Saskatchewan’s Allan Blair Cancer Centre. This full time position requires three years of applied health care experience, a nursing degree, and SRNA licensing. You will collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care by providing education, resources, and emotional support to patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement navigation strategies for screening programs
• Provide support and information to patients regarding care




• Collaborate with healthcare providers for coordinated services
• Conduct program evaluations and gather feedback
• Maintain confidentiality in patient interactions

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Nursing
• Licensed with the Saskatchewan Registered Nurses Association
• Minimum three years of health care experience
• Solid communication and leadership skills
• Knowledge of culturally responsive care practices
