This role focuses on collaboration, technical documentation, and managing federated BIM models in a hybrid work workplace.As a BIM Specialist at AtkinsRéalis, you will coordinate the integration of discipline-specific BIM models into project frameworks while ensuring adherence to established standards. You will develop workflows for version management, review models for inconsistencies, and prepare crucial technical documentation in compliance with ISO 19650 standards.Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate BIM model integration across projects
Develop and maintain internal workflows for document management
Identify conflicts in federated models and facilitate resolutions




Organize BIM coordination meetings and document outcomes
Prepare model records and technical documentation as per BEP requirementsRequirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in BIM roles
Proficient with ProjectWise and Autodesk Construction Cloud
Robust experience with Autodesk Revit for model management
