Manager, Process & Experience Delivery (P&ED;)

RBH, a Philip Morris International company, is seeking a Manager, P&ED; to lead employee services, programs, governance, and partnerships across Canada. This role is responsible for delivering a seamless employee experience while ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement across People & Culture processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and develop a high-performing P&ED; team.
- Oversee pensions, advantages, wellbeing, health & safety, and employee programs.
- Drive improvements across the employee lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with Canadian employment, payroll, benefits, and health & safety regulations.
- Manage relationships with vendors, consultants, brokers, and administrators.
- Partner with local, regional, and global stakeholders to enhance service delivery.
- Lead audits, reporting, governance activities, and budget management.
- Use employee feedback and data insights to improve programs and processes.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive HR Operations, HR Service Delivery, or People & Culture experience.




- Experience leading teams and cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing external vendors and service providers.
- Knowledge of Canadian payroll, pensions, benefits, employment compliance, and workplace health & safety preferred.
- Experience with process improvement, change management, and HR transformation initiatives.
- Bilingual English/French is an asset.
