Enhance the dining experience for residents as a Server/Host with Culinary Services. Provide exceptional customer service while managing room service and the dining area in a positive workplace.
Reporting to the Executive Chef, as a Server/Host, you will greet residents warmly, deliver room service promptly, and ensure the dining room is organized and clean. You will interact with residents, assist them to their tables, and handle their needs consistently. This role is key in creating a welcoming atmosphere for residents in a dining setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and deliver the Room Service cart efficiently
• Greet residents with a smile and assist to their tables
• Pour beverages and run food from the kitchen
• Bus, clean, and sanitize dining tables
• Set tables meticulously and notify the server when residents are seated
Requirements:
• Level 1 Food Protected certification required
• Serving it Right certification is required
• Minimum 1 year of serving experience
• Must be eligible to work in Canada
• Ability to lift 50 lbs safely
