ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Greetcustomers upon arrival and check-in vehicles to our Service Department;
- Installseat covers and floor mats into customer vehicle;
- Assistin the management of service waiters;
- Assurea high level of customer satisfaction;
- Efficientlyand correctly promote the dealership service department.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

- Mustbe able to lift 50 lbs;
- Previousautomotive service experience is an asset.
