The Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) is seeking a Senior Law Clerk to join the Criminal Investigations and Prosecutions team. You will provide law clerk support across complex investigations and proceedings involving securities law and related offences.

Responsibilities include organizing and reviewing civil and criminal files, assembling documentary evidence, preparing indexes, affidavits, and disclosures, and assisting litigation counsel through motions, trials, and appeals.
