Key Responsibilities

- Perform comprehensive quality inspections on vehicles, components, and assembly processes.
- Identify and document non-conformities, defects, and quality issues according to established standards.
- Utilize various measuring instruments and testing equipment to verify specifications.




- Analyze quality data to identify trends and root causes of defects.
- Recommend and implement corrective and preventative actions to improve quality.
- Ensure adherence to quality control plans and procedures.
- Train and mentor junior inspectors on quality standards and inspection techniques.

Requirements

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive quality control or inspection.
- In-depth knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes and quality standards (e.g., ISO/TS 16949).
- Proficiency with quality inspection tools and measurement equipment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- A valid driver's license is advantageous.
