The Recreation Coordinator will manage volunteer recruitment and training, promoting a supportive atmosphere and ensuring compliance with regulations. Working hours are Tuesday to Saturday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm. Key Responsibilities:
Implement agile recreation programs for residents
Manage volunteer recruitment and training
Create promotional materials for activities




Maintain documentation and reporting requirements
Enhance resident engagement and well-being Requirements:
Post-secondary education in recreation coordination
Minimum 2 years' experience with seniors or disabilities
Experience in volunteer management
Knowledge of Indigenous community practices is beneficial
