This hands-on role focuses on enriching the lives of seniors through recreational programs. We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our award-winning team at peopleCare Communities. In this role, the Recreation Aide will assist in implementing life enrichment activities that cater to the diverse needs of our residents. From exercise classes to sensory stimulation, your contributions will enhance the quality of life for seniors in our care. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in implementing life enrichment programs and activities
Support feeding residents during scheduled meal times
Set up activity areas for various programs




Transport residents to programs and meals as needed
Monitor and report changes in residents' behavior and condition Requirements:
Minimum 1 year related experience
2-year diploma in Recreation and Leadership or equivalent
Capacity to learn and reach competency in 6 months
Commitment to safety and sanitation policies
