Provide expert leadership as a Senior Functional Lead for part-time ERP implementation focused on Finance, Payroll, and more. This remote position includes travel to Victoria, BC during an 18 to 24 month contract.

This role requires extensive experience with ERP systems and will involve part time support as project milestones are met. You will collaborate with City functional leads and system implementors while managing cross-functional interactions and project readiness. Your leadership will enhance the effectiveness of the Finance, Payroll, Human Capital Management, and Procurement modules.

Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with functional leads and subject matter experts • Resolve conflicts and support decision-making processes • Drive testing, data conversion,



and training activities • Maintain consistent interpretation of requirements • Provide guidance throughout the ERP implementation lifecycle

Requirements: • Minimum 10 years of functional leadership experience • Experience in a public sector ERP implementation • Leadership across multiple functional areas • Availability for 20 to 25 hours per week • Ability to provide three references from ERP implementations
