MR MIKES Steakhouse Casual – High River

Know your way around a grill? Keep your cool when the printer decides it has something to prove? We should talk.

We’re looking for an experienced Line Cook to join our kitchen crew at MR MIKES High River.

This isn't your first rodeo. We're looking for someone with at least 2 years of kitchen/line cook experience who understands that a great kitchen takes more than knowing how to cook a steak. It takes teamwork, hustle, curiosity and the ability to keep moving when things get busy.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

The usual kitchen magic:

Preparing and cooking menu items to MR MIKES standards, working different stations, prepping ingredients, keeping your station clean and organized, following food safety procedures, helping your teammates and getting great food out of the kitchen accurately and on time.

Some shifts will be steady. Some will be busy. And some nights the ticket printer will choose violence. You need to be able to handle all three.

HOURS & AVAILABILITY

We're open afternoons and evenings, 7 days a week , so flexibility is important.

Hours will vary depending on your experience, availability and the needs of the restaurant. Evening and weekend availability will be required.

WAGE

Hourly wage will depend on experience.
