Empower individuals as a Program Services Caseworker with The Salvation Army. This role focuses on case management, assessments, and housing stability support in a values-driven workplace.
As a vital member of The Salvation Army team, you maintain an active caseload, manage daily shift duties, and conduct client assessments. Your role is crucial in developing service plans and integrating community resources, ensuring clients receive the necessary support for services related to homelessness, mental health, and addiction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage an active client caseload and daily shift duties
• Conduct intake assessments and create service plans
• Facilitate housing-stability planning for clients




• Document incidents and activities using HIFIS system
• Maintain confidentiality of client and staff records
Requirements:
• College diploma or equivalent; Bachelor of Social Work preferred
• Experience in homelessness, mental health, or addictions
• Robust communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of community resources
• Transparent vulnerable sector screening and clean driver's abstract
Support individuals facing challenges in their lives through case management and community outreach at The Salvation Army.
