Ensure outstanding service for Members and guests
Hire, train, and coach F&B; team members
Develop wine lists and beverage menus
Maintain cash management controls and conduct inventory Requirements:
Smart Service and Food Handling Certified
At least 1 year in a supervisory F&B; role
Solid organizational and communication skills
Ability to work versatile shifts including holidays
