enCompass Community Safety Agency in Edmonton partners with REACH Edmonton and other community organizations to prevent youth violence among youth aged 12 to 24. The position uses wraparound, client-centered approaches to support long-term change, assess needs, advocate for services, and coordinate with probation officers, social workers and other specialists.

The role is based in Edmonton with hours Mon-Fri 8:00–4:30, serving various community settings across the area.
