Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Digital Payload Systems Engineer to support the design, integration, verification, and operational sustainment of next-generation satellite communication and Earth observation systems. This individual will lead digital payload development efforts and serve as a key technical interface between customers, engineering teams, and program stakeholders.

Skills and Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Physics, or related field.
- 8+ years of satellite systems engineering experience.
- Experience with digital payload design and integration for LEO and/or MEO satellite missions.
- Robust knowledge of digital communications, SDR, DSP, and satellite networking systems MPLS, 2G, 5G NTN.
- Experience with systems engineering, requirements management, verification, and integration activities.
- Hands-on troubleshooting and system-level testing experience.
- Experience working directly with customers and technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
- need reliability and eligibility for secret clearance




- Experience with phased array antennas or next-generation satellite communications.
- Technical leadership or mentoring experience.
- French language skills.
