As a seasonal server, you will report directly to the Restaurant Manager and engage with our members and guests. Your role will include taking and relaying food orders, communicating with the kitchen, and ensuring guest satisfaction. With a focus on skill development, you will thrive in a supportive environment with several outlets to learn from.
Key Responsibilities:
• Take and relay food and beverage orders efficiently
• Accurately enter orders in the POS system
• Serve food and beverages to guests and members
• Check on guest satisfaction during service
• Handle complaints and resolve guest concerns
Requirements:
• Previous hospitality experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills with guests and colleagues
• Valid Serving it Right certificate
• Adaptable schedule for all shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Age 19+ for alcohol service
