Island Crisis Care Society is seeking a Community Support Worker for a 40-hour weekly schedule, Tuesday to Saturday, 11pm–7am. The role focuses on supporting vulnerable adults to improve life skills, safety, and independence within housing and community settings.

Qualifications include a diploma in a related human/social service field and at least one year of related experience, plus required licenses and a robust commitment to compassionate care.
