Lead recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes
Advise on employee relations and HR policies effectively
Investigate workplace complaints and manage conflict resolution




Oversee HR programs, advantages administration, and SOPs
Champion an inclusive culture through training and engagementRequirements:
3+ years HR experience with a university degree or 5+ years with a diploma
HR experience in a unionized workplace is mandatory
Knowledge of Ontarios labour laws and HR frameworks
CHRP designation is an asset
