In this critical role, you will manage driver check-ins, coordinate with transportation, and ensure the accuracy of shipping documents. Engage directly with drivers, handle cash when necessary, and record data meticulously in the Warehouse Management System (WMS). Key Responsibilities:
Serve as first point of contact for delivery drivers
Log cash received by carriers accurately
Coordinate shipping documentation with warehouse teams
Verify products for data accuracy in the system
