Role Description The Administrative Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Lethbridge, AB, supporting the daily operations of RBC Wealth Management’s local office. This role includes managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence, and maintaining organized electronic and paper files.
The Administrative
Assistant will handle incoming calls, greet and direct clients and visitors, process mail and courier deliveries, and support the completion and tracking of client documentation. Additional responsibilities include data entry,
basic report preparation, coordinating office supplies and logistics, and providing executive administrative support to advisors and leaders as needed. The position requires a strong customer service focus, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a professional office environment.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including scheduling, document management, and record keeping.
- Candidates should possess qualified Phone Etiquette and Communication skills for interacting with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
- Candidates should possess Executive Administrative Assistance capabilities, such as calendar management, meeting coordination, and confidential information handling.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite), data entry accuracy, and basic reporting skills.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant experience in financial services, wealth management, or a professional office setting is beneficial.
- A secondary school diploma is required; post-secondary education in business administration or a related field is an asset.
