Gravitas Consulting is seeking an Analyst / Consultant Intern to join our team and work on challenging strategy, operations, and technology problems for our clients.

As an intern, you will typically work in teams of 2–5 members with oversight from Engagement Managers and Principals. You will utilize broad problem-solving and data analysis skills to structure complex problems, develop hypotheses, conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Master’s degree or MBA program
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems and develop logical, data-driven recommendations
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in small, quick-paced teams
