Design and implement tailored educational programs
Assess nursing staff learning needs and styles
Deliver evidence-based education and feedback
Collaborate on corporate nursing initiatives
Participate in research and quality improvement projectsRequirements:
Registered Nurse with Ontario College of Nurses
Master's degree in nursing or education
Minimum of 2 years in adult education role
Current BLS, NRP, and PALS certifications
