You will help maintain documentation, manage IT equipment procurement, and set up recent systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily helpdesk tickets and support requests
• Provide Tier 2 support for Windows and macOS devices
• Maintain documentation of IT infrastructure and support




• Setup and install current IT systems and equipment
• Travel throughout Ottawa and Gatineau regions
Requirements:
• Strong customer service and IT field support experience
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French
• Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and VoIP systems
• Experience with hardware repair for Windows/Mac
• Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle
