Propel Holdings, Inc. is seeking a remote Call Centre Associate to assist customers with online loan applications and funds transfers. You will handle inbound/outbound calls, use multiple web apps, and provide accurate information with a friendly, skilled approach.

The role requires 1 year of customer service experience, excellent English communication, and the ability to work Monday–Friday 3pm–11pm with weekend shifts. Spanish is a plus, and MS Office proficiency is expected.
