Support implementation of DEI objectives with program managers
Develop communication materials and resources for initiatives
Coordinate and lead special DEI projects as needed
Network with community partners and healthcare peers
Assist Employee Resource Groups with engagement activitiesRequirements:
Undergraduate degree in relevant studies or equivalent experience
Minimum 3 years in DEI or health equity program roles
Familiarity with human rights legislation in Ontario
Excellent communication and project management skills
