*Sow Barn Manager*

Our growing company is searching for top talent to join our team in the role of *Sow Barn Manager* located near the community of *Gladstone, MB.*

Your days will include:

* Managing overall barn and yard site
* Managing staff, delegating duties, performing coaching plans
* Meeting production targets
* Carrying out feeding and vaccination programs
* Managing breeding and farrowing programs
* Monitoring proper animal handling
* Performing minor maintenance tasks
* Maintaining livestock performance records
* Perform general on farm duties
* Respond to after-hours alarm calls
* Other duties as assigned·

To succeed in this role, you possess:

* Valid Class 5 Drivers License & reliable means of transportation
* Self-motivated, well organized and reliable
* Strong communication skills
* Good work ethic
* A team player, work well with others
* Availability to work rotating weekend shifts
* An experienced Swine Technician (2 years minimum)
