This casual position requires a passion for working with children ages 0–12 years. The role includes supervising students in a 15:1 ratio, implementing age-appropriate activities, and communicating with parents and coordinators. Available shifts are from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, starting in October.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise children and ensure safety during activities
• Establish meaningful connections with students
• Implement engaging age-appropriate programming
• Maintain cleanliness of the program space
• Collaborate with team members and communicate with parents
Requirements:
• Minimum Grade 10 secondary education
• Experience with children aged 0–12
• Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Search
• First Aid and CPR certification is an asset
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage conflict
