Accounts Receivable Specialist

Calgary, AB

Pattison Media’s Calgary division is seeking a Wildly Talented individual to join our accounting team.

The successful candidate will be an A/R specialist who likes to have a busy day working independently and can manage a large volume of calls and emails. In this hybrid role, you will represent Pattison Media by speaking with clients in many time zones and locations, so you will need to effectively communicate in a diplomatic and friendly manner. Some in-office days are expected, be dependant on experience and will be discussed in detail with the successful candidate.

Responsibilities

- Processing Credit Card Payments
- Bank Deposits
- Payment Entry
- Invoicing
- Credit Approval
- Assisting accounting as required

Qualifications

- Knowledge of MS Office applications with strong Excel skills
- Detail oriented
- Organized
- Self-starter
- Robust customerservice and interpersonal skills
- Previous accounts receivable, collections and credit experience anasset
- Wide Orbit knowledge an asset
- Legally able to work in Canada
