Be an essential part of Carewest's mission in Calgary as a Part Time Therapy Aide. Support residents by assisting with daily activities and engaging in social events. Carewest is looking for passionate individuals to enhance the quality of life for our residents at the Royal Park facility. This role involves routine care support activities while working closely with clients to help them maintain their functional abilities. Your contributions will make a real difference in the lives of those in complex care. Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL)
Instruct craft classes and social events
Participate in group exercises and games
Follow established care plans and procedures
Perform related duties as needed Requirements:
Grade 12 graduation or equivalent
Current CPR certification required
PCA or Certificate in leisure activities preferred
Related experience in care facilities is beneficial
