This role requires an active practicing licensure and at least one year of clinical experience in an Acute Care setting within the last five years. Registered Nurses lead the nursing team and maintain high standards of patient care by upholding the professionalism as defined by the CRNM and other relevant bodies. Applicants must demonstrate compassion, accountability, and solid communication skills to support the community’s health.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver comprehensive nursing care following established standards
• Provide clinical leadership to Health Care Aides and LPNs

Requirements:
• Active license with CRNM or CRPNM
• Current Basic Life Support certification
• Minimum one year clinical experience in Acute Care
• Solid critical thinking and organizational skills
• Valid Manitoba driver's license as needed
